Ed served in several other managerial positions for Inmont /BASF. Paul Schroeder President and CEO. Paul is a Senior General Manager with over 25 years experience in the Chemical Industry.  Paul is a graduate of the University of Missouri, with a degree in Chemical Engineering; the Darden School-TEP, University of Virginia; and Harvard’s AMP. Paul began with EIC in 2003.
