Environmental Inks believes that our first
responsibility is to our customers. We must constantly strive to reduce our
costs in order to maintain reasonable and competitive prices. Research must be
carried on to insure Environmental Inks provides quality products and services to its
customers.
Environmental Inks is responsible to its employees. We respect their dignity and
recognize their merit. They must have a sense of security in their jobs.
Compensation must be fair and adequate; working conditions clean, orderly and
safe. There must be equal opportunity for employment, development and
advancement for those qualified. We must provide competent management and their
actions must be just and ethical.
We are responsible to the communities
in which we live and work. Environmental Inks was created to provide environmentally safe
products for printers and converters. We attempt to continue this tradition in
developing corporate strategy and policy. We will maintain, in good order, the
property we are privileged to use while protecting the environment and natural
resources.
Our ultimate responsibility is to
Environmental Inks. Businesses must make a sound
profit. New equipment must be purchased and new facilities must be created to
provide for adverse times. When we operate according to these principles,
Environmental Inks and Coatings Corporation will benefit.
